Moving people, moving perceptions
When this leading economics consultancy relocated, it was a rare chance to reshape the employee experience. Enter a playful campaign that got people excited about working together.

With over 420 employees, Frontier Economics, one of the largest economic consultancies in Europe, faced the challenge of moving its entire workforce to a new space. Tasked with creating excitement for the move, we saw an opportunity to shift attitudes towards onsite working, reimagine workplace culture, and build the employer brand.

Inspired by values
Working around the driving idea of ‘Positive Progress,’ the campaign was rooted in the company’s four core values. The new office name ‘The Square,’ became the starting point for an interactive brand experience. ‘BE@The Square’ became the central campaign message, actively encouraging people back to the workspace with the promise of greater creativity, connection, belonging and inspiration.

Unexpected moments of connection
The campaign transformed everyday touchpoints into opportunities for engagement. Playful installations and interventions turned ordinary objects such as doors, pens, mirrors, signage, into moments of connection. Messaging built excitement before, during and after the move, and endured as expressions of the brand for the long term.

By creating playful moments of connection throughout the environment, we helped Frontier Economics turn operational change into cultural momentum.”
