It was time for Microsoft Advertising to showcase its leadership in AI. This immersive event turned technology into theatre and positioned them as the industry’s AdTech innovation partner.

£12bn powerhouse Microsoft Advertising wanted to sharpen its competitive edge through celebrating its latest capabilities. The Accelerate event in Mexico was a chance to showcase a bold new vision to an exclusive crowd of 100+ C-level partners and clients, positioning the brand as the lead player in AdTech.

Engaging the senses

We devised a multi-sensory experience, designed to feel as exciting as the generative AI capabilities Microsoft Advertising were introducing. Through dramatic water projections and immersive light installations, the Cancún venue was transformed into an immersive technology showcase.

Designed to wow

Spanning three days, the event featured 13 main stage sessions, 25 speakers, 5 Expert SME break out areas and 10 hosted dinners all bringing Microsoft Advertising’s refreshed visual identity to life. But we didn’t stop there, along with creating the end-to-end experience at the event, we delivered the event experience externally from social campaigns to environment and targeted, personalised email marketing.

With bold design choices across every detail, we were able to deliver an unforgettable experience and show a brand in total control.
